Shipping Policy – Eyewear Ltd

1. Shipping Locations
Eyewear Ltd ships orders within the UK and internationally using trusted courier services.
- UK Orders: Standard and express shipping options are available.
- International Orders: Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied by their country.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders for custom-made frames or bespoke eyewear have a production time before shipping. The estimated lead time is provided at the time of order confirmation.
- Once production is complete, orders are dispatched within 1-5 Working Days
- For stock items (if applicable), we aim to ship within 1- 2 Working Days
3. Delivery Time Estimates
- UK Standard Shipping: 2-5Working Days
- UK Express Shipping: 5-25 Woirking Days
- Europe: 5-25 Woirking Days
- Rest of the World: 10-35 Woirking Days
🚨 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. Eyewear Ltd is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and package size.
- For bulk orders or B2B customers, shipping terms may be negotiated separately.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Eyewear Ltd is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address details.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on the country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If an order is held by customs, the customer must comply with their local customs regulations to facilitate delivery.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at start@itseyewear.com so we can assist with tracking.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Eyewear Ltd is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier. Customers should ensure they provide a secure delivery location.
