1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
At Eyewear Ltd, we take pride in producing high-quality eyewear. Due to the bespoke nature of our frames and lenses, our refund policy is as follows:

Custom-Made Frames & Prescription Lenses:
- As these are made to order, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Non-Prescription Frames & Accessories:
- Can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.

Prototypes & Bespoke Orders:
- All bespoke and prototype orders are final sale, as they are manufactured to client specifications.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if valid, may offer:
- A replacement at no extra cost.
- A repair or adjustment, depending on the issue.
- A partial or full refund (only in cases of manufacturing defects).
To process a claim, please provide:
- A clear photo of the issue.
- Your order number and details.
3. Order Cancellations
- Standard Frame Orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Custom Frames & Prescription Lenses: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email Start@ItsEyewear.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost items.
